Will Cadence Entertainment provide services to your event
Where there are no Government national or local rules preventing your event from legally happening, we will provide the services as stated, should your event be prevented we will discuss this with you prior to the event.
Our warehouse and office space are adhering to all government guidelines and staff are only present when required and remain socially distant at all times. Our DJs, staff and installation teams remain apart to mitigate the risk of multiple team members catching the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) simultaneously.
Our online management system allows us to work from any location with just a phone or laptop, should we need to work from a remote location we can do so without limitations or restrictions.
Looking after the welfare of our teams and artists whilst at your event.
We fully support our staff, freelancers, musicians and artists health and well-being, to this end we would welcome and support the following.
Precautions might include, but are not limited to:
- Taking breaks from performing to wash their hands.
- Keeping a minimum distance of 2m from all guests and venue staff.
- Wearing a mask or face covering whilst setting up and packing .down, in some case, this may also be required during the performance.
- DJs taking requests by text / WhatsApp messaging only, the number will be displayed on the booth and around the venue.
- Perspex screens may be used around the DJ booth, our bands may use them around drum kits, brass sections and in some cases vocalists.
- The social distance between the team and guests or members of the public must be adhered to at all time.
- Crowd barrier may be used where required.
- Guest will not be permitted to use equipment unless previously agreed and planned.
What happens if the performer booked for an event is unable to attend as a direct result of the coronavirus infection (COVID-19)?
In the event that the artist is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, Cadence Entertainment reserves the right to change the artist without prior notice, however, we will endeavour to inform you of this if time permits.
With a roster of more than 50 Artists across a variety of genres and skillsets we are confident that we will always be able to find a replacement in good time. We also have a network of other similar businesses that we can call upon should the need arise.
If we are unable to secure a replacement you will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid. We will give you as much notice as possible.
