From the beginning, we work with your team to plan each of the important elements of the evening, from the lighting at the entrance with custom logos projections on the floor, or walls coloured to suit your brand and right through to the bright white spot light following the lucky winners as they make their way to the stage surrounded by applause and an appropriate piece of music.
We are also able to design bespoke stage sets, including visual such as screens and projectors with live video feeds to the big screen too, your ideas become our design brief and together we create something inspiring.
This will depend on the evening and how you anticipate your award ceremony to proceed. We always suggest subtle lighting on the main speaker delivering the awards from a follow spot. We can also create amazing strobed moving lights that add that wow factor when the winners are announced.
TIt is quite common that the speaker on stage doesn’t have control over the slides. We have remote clickers that can be used to control the presentation remotely. An alternative to this would be to have the presentation on the same desk as the AV technician.
Working with you we will play any snippet of music you would like. We also have a collection of funfairs and walk up music options. We will be able to play background music if you are having a sit-down meal before your awards.
This will depend on your tastes. We have microphones that can be fixed to a lectern, microphones that clip onto a lapel and also discrete headset microphones for those presenters who really like to make the most of the stage.
We can repeat what is displayed on your main screen to stand alone screens around the event space so all of your guests will be able to see.
There are too many to list here. We have a collection of different size screens and surrounds. We also have a range of black and white star cloth drapes that are often used to frame either side of a stage set.
We can create a bespoke screen set tailored to your requests taking into account your venue size, location with in the event space and budget.
There are a couple of options available for you. We can put on some background music to see you through until the end of your event or you could look at adding one of our professional DJs and get our delegates and winners dancing the night away.
To ensure your booking is confirmed and any equipment you have hired is allocated to your booking a “booking fee” of 25% is required. The booking fee is non-refundable and is taken from the final balance. In the event that your booking needs to be postponed we offer a 12 month rescheduling option at no extra cost to you. Your booking fee will be used to hold your new date.
