My all day service is available to a limited number of weddings per year and includes absolutely everything needed for a fantastic wedding. I am with you throughout the day to ensure your wedding is truly perfect, below is an example of how that could look.

Wedding Ceremony

I will be at the ceremony with a small, well presented and discreet sound system to provide your choice of background music whilst we await your arrival followed by the music you have chosen for the entrance timed to perfection, the signing and of course the aisle walk.

Wedding Breakfast

Whilst your photographer is busy getting the shots of you and your guests I move to the wedding breakfast where I have another sound system for background music during the meal. I will also announce you and your top table into the room to help create a great atmosphere followed by reading any messages or cards as required.

Games

Many couples initially shy away from this and it is of course optional! Once we are going its actually great fun, I normally play a couple of rounds of The Shoe game with a few little twists which really do create some fun. Other games such as bridge-building with the objects on the table, name that tune and even a pub quiz are all options, its your wedding so entirely up to you.

Speeches

The time for speeches soon comes around and its normally about the same time as coffee service. At this point I provide microphones for these speeches so they can be heard and I of course get the levels just right for everyone. If there are any music or sound requirements during a speech I can provide those, canned laughter or applause is quite fun with best person speeches.

Evening Reception

Once the wedding breakfast finishes the guests tend to head to the bar to to rooms to freshen up ready for the evening party. During this time I along with the venue will turn the space around to prepare for the evening.

Depending on your choice of options I will get the evening underway with your cake cut then of course first dance on a beautiful LED dancefloor with a perfectly timed confetti drop giving your guests and photographer a truly magical moment to capture and enjoy.

Then we head into back to back floorfillers all chosen to suit you and your guests tastes and style, playing all your favourites and of course none of the songs you not keen on.

Reading the room and choosing tracks that flow with the mood and moment are absolutely key to the evening party and I will be doing exactly that often taking guest requests too.

During any evening buffet I would normally continue the party unless you prefer background music during the buffet, again your choice. Sometimes this is also a great time for fireworks or sparklers if you have booked these.

Last Dance (One More!)

As the evening comes to an end ensuring all your requests were played I would be heading towards your final song of the evening which maybe one you had chosen specifically or it may be one I feel would really cap the evening off, normally this is of course followed by chants of "one more!" and so I will, of course, honour that final request finishing exactly on time as agreed with the venue.

What does it cost

For this fantastic service I will have a couple of meetings with you, either by telephone or in person to go over the detailed timings, your favourite music, any special requests, discuss announcements, speeches and anything else that my help is required with. This is also included within the overall cost.

2024 - 1 Bookings remaining £1500.00

2025 - 4 Bookings remaining £1550.00

2026 - 9 Bookings remaining £1600.00

How do you book your Bristol Wedding DJ

Our service is dedicated to providing excellence, this starts at the point of first contact, our team will ensure your event details are taken correctly and will invite you to meet on Zoom or telephone for a chat to discuss the plans for your big day.

We will discuss the timings and flow of the wedding and will talk about music, what you love, what you are not so keen on. We will of course discuss the first dance too. We will then show you a range of services we offer and from there you are then of course welcome to take that all home and decide if we are the right supplier for you.

Bookings are made using our online booking system.

Do you get to choose the music

Of course, this is your wedding and should be about you, during our discussions with you we will make notes of the genres and styles you both enjoy along with a list of maybe 20 or so songs that your wedding just wouldn't be complete without and similarly we would ask for list of any songs or genres that you are not keen on or would like us to avoid completely.

We of course welcome you to pop a "request slip" into your invitations if you wish to do so.

The evening will then be your choices as a guide for us to follow with songs that we know you will all love and will fill the dancefloor.

Can you have a custom first dance

Yes, we have a professional studio within our Bristol offices and can create a custom mix for you, anything is possible from simple two track mixes to a fully choreographed dance piece with multiple tracks, samples and more. We will work with your photographer and or videographer to ensure everyone is fully prepared for your first dance.

Will the DJ take requests on the evening

If you would like us to do so then of course we will, as long as those requests are not featured on your "no" list and are not completely unsuitable we will absolutely play your guests requests.

Will the Wedding DJ have all the lighting and sound equipment

Our DJs have fantastic equipment, this includes a full professional LED lighting system, great sounding speakers and a booth to work from, all our DJs can provide this setup in white or in black to suit your requirements. We will not need anything from the venue except electricity.

what happens if the DJ is unwell or cannot attend our wedding

We have a fantastic team of more than 15 Professional Bristol DJs, we do not have all the team working at the same time so we will always have somebody on standby should such a problem arise, a replacement will be given all the information regarding your wedding and this would be a seemless change in the plan for you and your wedding.

What is all this about PLI and PAT Certificates and what are they

Most if not all venues will require the DJ and any other supplier for your wedding to provide them with a copy of a current Public Liability Insurance (PLI) policy and a certificate of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) these two documents ensure we are fully insured and that the equipment we are using has been tested and conforms to currently safety requirements.

Is there a fee to secure the booking
 

Booking is simple and requires a booking fee to secure your date, the balance can be spread over a period of time or paid a week before the wedding. All payments can be made using either credit or debit card or bank transfer. You will be sent a receipt each time we receive a payment from you.
