Our All Day Wedding DJ Service is our most exclusive, premium offering and is personally delivered by DJ Steve Hill or DJ Luke Green. Available to a limited number of weddings each year, this service is designed for couples who want every part of their day to feel seamless, intentional, and expertly managed.

Being with you throughout the day means nothing is rushed, nothing is missed, and every transition feels effortless. Below is an example of how your all day wedding entertainment could flow.
Wedding Ceremony
We’ll be in place ahead of time with a discreet, well-presented sound system that blends seamlessly into your ceremony space. As your guests arrive, carefully chosen background music sets the tone, followed by perfectly timed entrance music, signing music, and your aisle walk.
Every moment is cued precisely, so the ceremony feels emotional, smooth, and beautifully paced.
Wedding Breakfast
While you’re enjoying photographs with your guests, we move into the wedding breakfast space and set the atmosphere with relaxed background music tailored to your style.
We’ll then announce you and your top table into the room to help lift the energy, before managing any announcements, messages, or cards throughout the meal — all handled smoothly and professionally.
Optional Games & Interaction
This part is completely optional — but often ends up being a highlight.

When it’s time for speeches — usually around coffee — we provide high-quality microphones and manage all sound levels so every word is heard clearly.
If you’d like music cues, subtle sound effects, or a touch of humour (yes, applause and laughter can be very effective), we’ll coordinate it seamlessly, keeping everything flowing naturally.
Evening Reception
As your guests head to the bar or freshen up, we work closely with the venue to turn the room around for the evening celebration.
The evening typically begins with your cake cut and first dance — often on a beautiful LED dancefloor, with a perfectly timed confetti drop to create a genuinely magical moment for you and your photographer to capture.
From there, the party really begins.
A Dancefloor Built on Energy & Instinct
The evening party is where experience truly matters.
We’ll deliver back-to-back floorfillers tailored to you and your guests — blending your must-play favourites with carefully chosen tracks that match the mood, energy, and flow of the room. We read the dancefloor in real time, adjusting the music as the night evolves and happily taking guest requests (always within your preferences).
If you’d prefer background music during an evening buffet, we’ll adapt — or keep the party going if that’s your style. Fireworks, sparklers, or special moments can also be perfectly timed into the flow of the evening.
The Last Dance (And One More…)
As the night draws to a close, we make sure every key request has been played before building towards the perfect final song — whether that’s one you’ve chosen in advance or one we select to truly cap the night.
And when the inevitable chants of “one more!” begin?
We’ll usually oblige — finishing exactly on time, as agreed with the venue.

What does it cost
For this fantastic service, I will have a couple of meetings with you, either by telephone or in-person to go over the detailed timings, your favourite music, any special requests, discuss announcements, speeches and anything else that my help is required with. This is also included in the overall cost.

8 Frequently asked questions about Bristol Wedding DJ
Our service is dedicated to providing excellence, this starts at the point of first contact, our team will ensure your event details are taken correctly and will invite you to meet on Zoom or telephone for a chat to discuss the plans for your big day.
We will discuss the timings and flow of the wedding and will talk about music, what you love, what you are not so keen on. We will of course discuss the first dance too. We will then show you a range of services we offer and from there you are then of course welcome to take that all home and decide if we are the right supplier for you.
Bookings are made using our online booking system.
Of course, this is your wedding and should be about you, during our discussions with you we will make notes of the genres and styles you both enjoy along with a list of maybe 20 or so songs that your wedding just wouldn't be complete without and similarly we would ask for list of any songs or genres that you are not keen on or would like us to avoid completely.
We of course welcome you to pop a "request slip" into your invitations if you wish to do so.
The evening will then be your choices as a guide for us to follow with songs that we know you will all love and will fill the dancefloor.
Yes, we have a professional studio within our Bristol offices and can create a custom mix for you, anything is possible from simple two track mixes to a fully choreographed dance piece with multiple tracks, samples and more. We will work with your photographer and or videographer to ensure everyone is fully prepared for your first dance.
Custom first dance production starts at just £75
If you would like us to do so then of course we will, as long as those requests are not featured on your "no" list and are not completely unsuitable we will absolutely play your guests requests.
Our DJs have fantastic equipment, this includes a full professional LED lighting system, great sounding speakers and a booth to work from, all our DJs can provide this setup in white or in black to suit your requirements. We will not need anything from the venue except electricity.
We have a fantastic team of more than 15 Professional Bristol DJs, we do not have all the team working at the same time so we will always have somebody on standby should such a problem arise, a replacement will be given all the information regarding your wedding and this would be a seemless change in the plan for you and your wedding.
Most if not all venues will require the DJ and any other supplier for your wedding to provide them with a copy of a current Public Liability Insurance (PLI) policy and a certificate of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) these two documents ensure we are fully insured and that the equipment we are using has been tested and conforms to currently safety requirements.
Booking is simple and requires a booking fee to secure your date, the balance can be spread over a period of time or paid a week before the wedding. All payments can be made using either credit or debit card or bank transfer. You will be sent a receipt each time we receive a payment from you.
